IT'S SUPER SIMPLE TO GET STARTED:

Launch Varandapp

To get started with the Treasure Hunt, launch the Varandapp and connect your wallet or sign up with your email to get a new wallet.

Get NFTs & Tokens

Get a Tribe NFT and Tribe Token, as well as a tools (the shovel is free to get you started).

Play the DeFi game

Go to the Games page and log in to the Treasure Hunt DeFi game. You can equip your Varan with various tools and get Tribe rewards.

Webtoons

Head over to the Webtoons page and read the backstory of The Treasure of the Calypso. Take a quiz (you got only one shot) and earn part of the treasure map NFT.

Treasure Hunt RPG

Equipped with your tools and the map, log in to the RPG and go on the treasure hunt.

Is there really a treasure?

According to the legend of the pirate ship „The Calypso“ which sank close to Komodo island, the treasure was hidden on the island. The treasure is a wallet connected to an NFT that keeps growing as the games go on. You can verify the treasure on the Solana blockchain in the enDAPP.

What Blockchain is the treasure hunt taking place on?

The Treasure Hunt will take place on a blockchain TBA in January.

How long is Season 1: The Hunt for the Treasure of the Calypso?

The season will end when one Varan (that’s you!) has found the treasure but no longer than April 30, 2024.

What happens after the treasure has been found?

The Season 1 Treasure Hunt is just the beginning. The game and storyline will be further built out and you can use all your acquired assets to continue having fun on Komodo Island.

Can I play the games without launching the enDAPP or blockchain?

Initially, all games will be browser-based Web3 games only but next year we will release a general PC (and maybe possibly mobile and console version) on Steam. The focus will be on adventure, crafting and overall good fun.
